Please expect a slight delay with orders in November / December while have such a large influx of orders and awaiting our new stock. Deliveries during this time can take upto 14 days. We promise you’ll have your items shipped at the earliest possible convenience. ❤️

Whilst we love the items we are getting to you please note the following:


Sale Items and Discounted Items
Some sale items and discounted items are priced at 50% lower in value, they are from an old season and we need to make room for new stock for a new season to become available, this means we do not refund sale items, this clause is not limited to any applied discount, ie. Black Friday, Promotions, Flash Sales. This clause is NON NEGOTIABLE.


Unfortunately, when something is pre-ordered with us, we place the order with our suppliers overseas specifically according to your request and cannot refund this item, but if we have stock on hand for another size we can exchange this item or another item of your choosing we have available and to the same value.


For health and hygiene reasons, these items are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged - its unhygienic ladies - you wouldn’t want a bodysuit delivered to you that’s been worn by someone else, would you? This clause is NON NEGOTIABLE. 


Should a pair of our gorgeous Avarcas not fit you and you would like to exchange, we can certainly do that for you should we have the same shoe in your size, and they have not been worn. Once a quality check has been done, we can refund / exchange you accordingly. 

Delivery Delays for Pre-Order Items combined with In Stock Items 

Please note that when purchasing an item that has a potential 3-4 week delay with an item that is on hand, we cannot speed up the process so please be mindful of those time delays. Should you make a purchase of a readily available item with one of these pre-orders, we will only send the order out when it’s ready in it’s entirety, as we don’t want to charge you for 2 courier costs 

Returning of items for exchange / refund. 

We will need the item to be returned in its original condition and within 7 days of it being delivered. The cost of a courier is a cost you’ll need to incur on your side, if it’s defect and it’s our wrong doing, we will incur the cost of replacing the item and returning to us at no charge to you. Once the item has been returned to us in good condition, we can refund or exchange. Please note that the deduction of courier to return the item, will be at your cost and will be deducted from the value refunded to you. 


We have two pick up points. We do not transfer items between our Bryanston or Bedfordview branch. We will advise where the item is situated once the order is placed. This is non negotiable and we will not incur costs to move items between the two pick up points. 

Please note that we will not negotiate the terms on sale items nor bodysuits... Please make sure you’re entirely happy with this before you make the purchase.

Feel free to chat to us about any concerns pertaining to fit, size, quality in order for us to recommend an alternative to your order to initiate an exchange or refund. We don’t like credit notes as we are sitting with your money that you could be using elsewhere so we always suggest a refund or exchange. But chat to us, we are happy to always help ❤️
