Whilst we love the items we are getting to you please note the following:

 

Sale Items
These sale items are priced at 50% lower in value, they are from an old season or weren’t the biggest hit with the clients so we are able to mark it down to 50% less than retail which means we do not refund / exchange. This clause is NON NEGOTIABLE.

Bodysuits

For health and safety reasons, these items are non refundable nor can be exchanged - its unhygienic ladies - you wouldn’t want a bodysuit delivered to you that’s been worn by someone else, would you?

Shoes

Should a pair of our gorgeous Avarcas not fit you and you would like to exchange, we can certainly do that for you should we have the same shoe in your size.

Back Order on Certain Deliveries 

Please note that when purchasing an item that there is a potential 2-3 week delay on. Some items are made to order, that note is listed below the item name, we cannot speed up the process so please be mindful of those time delays. Should you make a purchase of a readily available item with one of these back orders, we will only send the order out when it’s ready in it’s entirety, as we don’t want to charge you for 2 courier costs ;)

Collection or Courier 

We have two collection points in Gauteng - Bryanston or Bedfordview. Certain items are housed at either of these points. We don’t transfer internally between the two, so please ensure you ask where your item is before selecting the collection option on your order. 

Returning of items

The cost of courier is a cost you’ll need to incur on your side. We use a partner called Parcelspot that compares the fares to the lowest that you can opt for. Once the item has been returned to us in good condition, we can refund you! 

Please note that we will not negotiate the terms on sale items nor bodysuits.... Please make sure you’re entirely happy with this before you make the purchase.
