We will need the item to be returned in its original condition and within 7 days of it being delivered. The cost of a courier is a cost you’ll need to incur on your side, if it’s defect and it’s our wrong doing, we will incur the cost of replacing the item and returning to us at no charge to you. Once the item has been returned to us in good condition, we can refund or exchange. Please note that the deduction of courier to return the item, will be at your cost and will be deducted from the value refunded to you. Please note that we will not negotiate the terms on sale items nor bodysuits... Please make sure you’re entirely happy with this before you make the purchase.
